This website
The website does not use cookies and does not ask you to sign in. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you.
The order form
The order form does not send anything to this website and nothing you type is stored here. When you press the button, your answers are turned into a message and Facebook Messenger opens with it. Nothing is sent until you press send in Messenger. Messages in Messenger are handled by Meta under its own privacy policy.
If you write to [email protected] or to [email protected], your email is delivered to Sára’s Gmail inbox (the hello@ address is forwarded through Cloudflare).
What Sára keeps and why
To make and deliver your order, Sára keeps your name, how to contact you, the order details, and where needed your delivery address. If you tell her about an allergy, she uses that only to make your cake safely. She keeps order and payment records for as long as the law requires for her accounts, and the rest only as long as it is needed for your order. Your information is never sold or used for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information Sára holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where she does not need to keep it. Write to her at the address above. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
